Overview
The Paid Social Media Manager role supports the Company's overall marketing strategy via paid social activities. This position is primarily responsible for strategizing, executing and continually optimizing our Paid Social Media Strategies, their daily activity, lead generation, and continuous testing primarily via Facebook.
Duties/Responsibilities:Strategize and execute paid lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.Campaign planning and execution, testingPerformance optimization, analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implement optimization techniquesAnalytics and reporting duties, such as prepare weekly and monthly reports on traffic and ROIDesign & implementation of ad-hoc requests for campaign builds, creative rollouts, reporting requests and other needsManage social media budgetsCoordinate with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealingCollaborate with Marketing and Product Development teamsStay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practicesDevelop and leverage a close relationship with Facebook team or agencyPerform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field3-4 years of experience in a professional hands-on Paid Social Media settingMeta certificationHands on experience using social media for brand awareness and lead generationStrong understanding of Paid Media and main KPI'sFamiliarity with digital design a +Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics experienceProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Canva a +Preferred Skills/Abilities:
Excellent multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDeadline and detail orientedCritical thinking and quantitative analytical skillsTeam-first mentalityPhysical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
