Responsible to maintain and optimize support for the Retail team
Maintain Support: includes asset creation and deployment through Canva, helping to manage Liberty social channels in collaboration with Social Media Manager, and managing store 'cannaversaries', holidays, 420, events
Optimize Support: includes improving media activities (SEO, paid search, OOH, digital), optimizing merch suite and accessories ordering and management, freelance support, cross-departmental integration with the Brand team, TV menu optimization, charitable giving process, Liberty Wallet evolution and more
Responsible for partnering with talent-on-demand and internal stakeholders to ensure all assets (ex. Promotions, displays, merch, swag, brochures, and email/app communications) are completed on time, on budget and on brand for Liberty
com: includes managing external web development vendors and overseeing revisions
Retail KPIs that marketing supports: This position will be familiar, conversant and supportive of the financial levers of the retail business including transaction counts, basket size/average dollar/transaction, % of Holistic brands, etc
Collaboration with SVP of Retail and SVP Retail Operations is a critical function of the position. The Senior Marketing Manager, Retail is, at its core, a service function for internal retail clients. This person must be excellent at creating an open, creative and fun environment that always helps move retail marketing forward.

Regulations require that incumbent be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work credentials, if applicable
5+ years of marketing related experience and/or education
Retail marketing a must, cannabis retail marketing preferred.
Client management or sales experience helpful
Exceptional project management and budget management skills
Exceptional verbal communication and writing skills
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Cannabis market conversant is desired; passionate cannabis retail marketers will be at the top of the list
Proficient at identifying the right messaging / content and amplifying it across marketing channels
Proven to be accountable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively across functions, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate
Creative thinking and flexibility - ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills: ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline-sensitive and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint), Mailchimp, and Canva
Analytical skills to support data analysis, program and channel effectiveness, and pipeline analysis
