Acronis is looking for a paid digital media manager to join our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading large scale paid media campaigns in a B2B environment. You should be well-versed in search engine marketing, display, and social media advertising.Your goal is to drive registration for online events and other lead generation efforts in support of our regional marketing teams in NAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Success will be determined through paid acquisition and conversion rate optimization. Experience with testing and global search engines and social platforms required.
This work will include coordinating activity between internal Acronis teams and external vendors. You must be capable of managing various stakeholders, setting expectations, and educating peers, while both developing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. This role reports to the Senior Digital Media Manager.You will be expected to have an excellent understanding of current best practices, as well as where the digital marketing industry is headed. You should be a persuasive communicator, helping regional teams understand the success requirements and opportunities this work provides.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Regional Research and Strategy
Develop detailed marketing analysis for each global region
Create reference guides for relevant publications, commonly-used terms, websites, and communities for Acroniss corporate audiences
Maintain, grow, and document relationships with key vendors
Formulate and drive regional campaign marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Acronis solution portfolio
Partner with internal marketing teams to provide the expansion of global campaigns and consistency of outcomes in the region, serve as a liaison between Regional Marketing managers and Campaigns/Digital Media teams, be a facilitator for alignment
Analyze and report on the results of the campaigns
Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across the global marketing and the digital media organizations (Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Communications, PR, Sales) to reach maximum effect from the campaign
Manage top-down forecasts and budget for your campaigns in connection to quarterly and annual plans
Measure and optimize marketing funnel and programs. Take accountability for budget, resource allocation, and performance to plan against defined metrics
Drive marketing innovation and creativity. This role requires you to champion your audience and actively apply audience insights and marketing analytics to deliver plans that achieve business targets and audience goals
Stay up to date on industry/market trends as well as competitor activity
Support the global digital strategy for the business to increase the number of high-quality leads
Assist in developing and managing marketing campaign strategies for all digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, content development & marketing, website, paid advertising, social media, and others)
Leverage digital media channels, research and audit proper vendors, manage documentation, and lead activity internally or through vendors.
Build, track and document lead flow for digital media efforts through the CRM (Salesforce). Includes creation of CRM campaigns, confirmation of lead mapping from Marketo, and tracking / escalating a leads journey through the sales funnel (lead to MQL to opportunity and close) in partnership with regional and campaign marketing teams.
Analyze and report on the results of the digital marketing channels. Recommend strategic and tactical changes to increase return on investment (ROI)
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience running successful paid media campaigns in a B2B environment
Experience work with Google, Bing, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing.
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and proven understanding of marketing strategy and the marketing funnel
Strong reporting skills and metric-minded behavior
Understanding of common tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns Manager, and other management and reporting tools.
Experience in cyber security a plus, but not required
Deep understanding of B2B marketing, with Business Applications (SalesForce and Marketo) a requirement
Proven record of translating internal business language to consumer and business-facing external messaging
Possibility of frequent business trips internationally
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Conversational+ in both spoken and written Spanish
Strong verbal and written communication skills
