The Graphic Design Manager will lead in the production of high-quality print designs that effectively communicate training content. Graphic Design Production:Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of materials, including digital and print collateral, signage, packaging, and promotional items.Lead the creation of visually appealing printed training materials, including manuals, handouts, and guides.Content Collaboration:Collaborate with home office department leaders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.Ensure that training materials are user-friendly and conducive to effective learning.Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final production, ensuring deadlines are met.Manage multiple design projects concurrently, balancing priorities and resources.Quality Assurance:Conduct regular reviews of printed materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.Provide constructive feedback to designers to enhance the quality of their work.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
