As a Financial Analyst II - Organizational Review, you will perform research work and prepare financial analysis necessary to make essential Corporate planning decisions.

What is the work?
Organizational Design Analytics:- Responsible for various financial functions such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, as well as creating business cases, capacity/complexity modeling and data analysis
Analytics:- Uses advanced analysis skills and multiple category knowledge to perform functions of aFinancial Analyst as well as the following duties-Identifies opportunities that have financial return-Support decisions with qualitative/quantitative data analysis, including data modeling- Reviews complex financial data and maintains documented records supporting financialforecasts used in the rate and budget area- Discovers and drives new ways of using information to impact business decisions and results-Documents and updates business processes- Provides complex analysis and recommendations to senior management on new businessopportunities and existing business
Training / Mentoring:- Trains, mentors, and transfers knowledge to fellow team members- May provide work leadership for lower level employees
What is your background?- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business admin, or a related field, or equivalentexperience- 6 - 8 years of experience in related field
