Performance Marketer – Phone Sales Funnel Specialist
Contract with Permanent Placement Opportunity | Exclusively Remote
Position:
As our Performance Marketer, you’ll partner directly with the Outbound Sales Leader to build, test, and scale marketing funnels that don’t just convert clicks, but drive revenue through our appointment-based phone sales channel.
You’ll be a key player in merging DTC digital strategy with the human power of our outbound call center. That means everything from optimizing opt-in flows to dialing in the perfect messaging handoff to our agents.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership and visibility.
Your success will be measured by your ability to enhance revenue per appointment (RPA), via increasing appointment booking rate, average order value (AOV) and close rate (CR).
You’ll play a crucial role in our long-term growth strategy, working with customer acquisition, retention, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure that more and more customers solve their problems while visiting our websites.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize hybrid sales funnels that generate high-quality leads primed for outbound phone sales.
- Write high-converting copy across call scripts, landing pages, lead forms, email follow-ups, and call prep content.
- Experiment fearlessly: Run ongoing split tests and experiments to improve funnel performance, messaging, and customer flow to grow RPA, AOV, CR, BR.
- Dive into the data: Analyze funnel and sales data to surface insights, identify opportunities, and scale what works.
- Team up for growth: Work alongside support, acquisition, retention, marketing, training and analytics teams to make sure our customers find the solutions they need.
- Share the wins: Roll out successful tests to all our offers, turning small victories into big, company-wide growth.
- Take full ownership of your ideas from concept through execution.
Requirements:
- Direct Response Experience. Prior experience in direct response marketing or similar roles with exposure to video sales funnels, opt-in flows, or appointment-based lead generation.
- Phone Sales experience. Familiarity with phone sales funnels and how digital assets can improve outcomes in a live sales environment.
- Positive Mindset. A proactive attitude and optimistic approach to challenges and opportunities.
- Team Player. Ability to work well with others, showcasing a collaborative spirit, as well as function independently.
- Self-Starter. Initiative to begin and complete tasks without continuous supervision.
- Problem Solver. Capacity to identify, analyze, and provide solutions to problems efficiently.

Skills & Experience Needed:
- 2-3+ years of experience in direct response with a proven track record of driving revenue and profit growth.
- Obsessed with discovering new revenue and profit.
- Writes powerful Direct Response copy that converts.
- Data driven CRO/split-testing experience.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and phone sales principles.
- Ability to work in a remote-first, nimble and fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
