As a Global Experiential Marketing you will be a senior strategic partner across product, creative, production, community, social, operations, and regions to lead the strategy, creation, and deployment of industry-leading experiential activations. Your work will evolve global perception of the brand and create resonant experiences for our players that complement the product.
Responsibilities:Support Publishing Events strategy and execution across all experiential projects and initiatives and work cross functionally to map business and departmental priorities into actionable experiential marketing programmingLead and execute the implementation and management of production process documentation and trackers to ensure maximum efficiency for life-of-project. Embed with partners and vendors to ensure individual task lists are completed satisfactorily and to expectationsBuild and foster trust across internal teams, creative agencies, and partners to develop and execute community-focused programming and events, celebrating individuals as a champion of DE&I that encourages everyone to show up as their complete selvesCreate and manage production and project leadership tools including RASCI, project org charts, approvals, budget tracking, deliverables, coordination with internal stakeholders, and recap literature.Own and actualize budget estimates for multiple projects including expense tracking. Track the financial and legal lifecycle of our pipeline of activations with contract and budget owners
Required Qualifications:7+ years experience in experiential brand marketing, brand strategy, community building, campaign management or agency equivalent role.Expertise in planning, developing, and executing successful experiential briefs, brand activations, and consumer-led campaigns across a wide array of experiential activities.Experience influencing marketing and product leaders and collaborating across multiple teams.Experience working with strategists, creatives, and external agencies/partners to develop community through live, digital and broadcast events.An understanding of experiential metrics and the tactics employed to improve them.Intimate knowledge of the fast-moving global games marketing landscape, current competition, innovations, trends and how they impact our business.
