As a Creative Designer with a focus on UX, you will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas to the table and play a vital role in enhancing the user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, QA, marketing and product owners to ensure the successful implementation of user-centered design principles. We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where every designer is considered part of our UX family, working together to create exceptional digital experiences for our customers.*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept development to wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. These wireframing need to be both high and low fidelity.- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.- Create user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the development of intuitive user interfaces.- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high & low fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.- 5 - 7+ years experience preferredRequirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar.- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions.- Strong knowledge of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.About TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
