About the Role
You'll shape our marketing strategy and execute impactful programs for our Academic Information Systems product portfolio. Working with our Audience marketing team, you'll ensure alignment with the portfolio's yearly objectives and initiatives. Your role involves maintaining regular communication with regional teams to support their efforts in leveraging campaigns within their regions.
Leading the Customer Engagement marketing program strategy for our Academic Information Systems portfolio, in support of our marketing objectives.Identifying and testing new approaches to drive innovation in our marketing efforts across paid, earned, and owned channels.Developing programs to support customer retention. Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and implementing campaigns to drive lead generation throughout the post-sales customer journey.Demonstrating creativity and critical thinking in managing large projects, showcasing the ability to break down complex tasks into manageable components.Playing a key role in overseeing our annual global product user conference, contributing to the success through meticulous planning, execution, and stakeholder management.Looking for opportunities to align goals and working in partnership with Customer Success and Regional Marketing.Leveraging customer stories, thought leadership content, and interactive community groups to create a robust engagement ecosystem.Implementing automation strategies to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences to increase NPS.
Have proven marketing experience in an agency or in-house, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey.Demonstrate the ability to adopt a strategic perspective and provide leadership in driving marketing initiatives that align with and advance organizational goals.Have exceptional skills in project, event, and stakeholder management to deliver impactful results in a matrixed organization.Be adept at analyzing data to make evidence-based decisions, ensuring continuous improvement in marketing activities and outcomes.Have excellent
skills with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, fostering effective collaboration.Have practical experience in digital program development, community building, or a customer-facing role in sales, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.Have a passion for adopting a customer-centric viewpoint to enrich the value proposition of our product offerings.Be proficient in gathering and communicating customer insights, supporting Customer Experience projects for both buyer and user personas.
