Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Collateral & Presentation Designer. We seek individuals interested in long-term independent contractor engagements (1099) with potential for full-time roles in the future. Reporting to the Creative Director of our Annalect division, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders to promote our software products through creating, updating, and maintaining marketing and educational materials aligned to design standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop documentation and marketing materials primarily using PowerPoint and Word.
- Align with established brand standards, creating new or adapting existing materials.
- Maintain and update materials, and create white-labeled variations for partners.
- Edit screenshots and mockups in Photoshop; knowledge of Figma or Sketch is helpful.
- Write and edit content with strong command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Aptitude for technical subjects; experience with software, innovation, analytics, or data collateral is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, including editing and verbal skills.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of templates, styles, and master layouts in PowerPoint and Word.
- Helpful skills include Excel, Figma, Sketch.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with software, innovation, analytics, and data principles is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and capable of independent learning.
This role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two remote days, with possible adjustments over time.
