Job Description As a technical project manager, you will develop business strategies for go-to-market efforts and manage client delivery. This highly visible role involves developing and delivering innovative consulting solutions. You'll use advanced technology to solve business problems and have the opportunity to mentor and collaborate with your team. Delivery Responsibilities Manage client engagement for complex, transformational programs. Support the development of business and technical strategies, business cases, and implementation plans. Lead client interviews and facilitate stakeholder engagement. Document and discover current and future state business processes with clients. Perform technical project work, including developing solution concepts, reviewing vendor design documents, and requirements traceability. Support business requirements definition, RFP development, proposal evaluation, and vendor contract negotiations. Develop project plans, milestones, and control structures, possibly acting as project manager. Transfer knowledge and skills to team members to enhance their capabilities. Business Development Responsibilities Contribute as a subject matter expert to the business development process. Support proposals and business development efforts for utility clients. About the team The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest challenges. You'll work alongside architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a comprehensive perspective and develop innovative solutions. Qualifications 5-10 years of consulting experience, with proven technical project management skills. Strong expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio. Experience in establishing or supporting a Center of Excellence, including defining best practices and governance. Experience managing relationships in large client organizations. Experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions with both business and technical focus. Effective influencing, persuading, and negotiating skills. Passion for mentoring and developing consultants. Bachelor's degree. Ability to travel as needed and work in CST or EST time zones. Experience in the utilities industry is highly desirable. Additional Information We offer a competitive salary range of $155,770 - $178,900, with potential bonuses and incentives. Your final salary depends on experience, skills, and location.
