* Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) development experience* Working knowledge and experience developing to MIL-STD-40051-1 military standard requirements* Expert knowledge and proficiency with Arbortext* Expert knowledge and proficiency with eXtensible Markup Language (XML)* Expert knowledge and proficiency with Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML)* Expert knowledge and proficiency with HTML style sheets* Experience and proficiency as a technical writer* Proficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).* Ability to write using clear and concise language that adheres to customer-established standards and conventions.* Ability to write technical content for maintenance technical manuals including installation, test, repair, and troubleshooting procedures.* Ability to acquire and verify subject matter content by interviewing workers engaged in developing products, observing production methods, referring to Engineering drawings, notes, manuals, and similar publications.* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills* Ability to quickly learn new software tools and processes.* Must be able to work well in a team environment and work well with various levels of management.* Strong attention to detail and must be able to work with minimal supervision.* Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance. Not required to start.* Candidate must be willing to work overtime as required and support business travel as required.
- Active Secret Clearance-Working knowledge of DoD specifications i.e. S1000D.-Experience with tracking status for multiple projects.-Experience with the development of proposal Basis of Estimates (BOEs) within the discipline of Technical Publications-Previous military experience or working in DoD industry.- Previous experience or knowledge of Precision Fires Munitions
