Lead delivery of growth marketing performance narrative and strategic implications across business units to influence growth marketing investment strategy, including communicating thought leadership to senior executives.Develop and maintain the performance measurement strategy and relevant statistical and mathematical models as well as testing and learning agenda for performance marketing investments.Lead bottoms-up budget aggregation, taking inputs from the central media channel teams and the regional marketing teams, to provide critical budget vs. actual visibility for our Performance Marketing leadership.Lead and inspire a hard-working team of analysts responsible for pulling together multiple sources of data to build reports that help analyze and power decisions for the organization-at-large through effective management and provide ongoing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.Develop automated processes and scaled frameworks that will serve as the baseline to build out cases and value assessments.Find opportunities for automation in reporting and analysis processes and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.Build and automate statistical models to generate critical insight, form strategy, and influence senior partners.Prepare executive reports and contribute to weekly status updates and cross-departmental presentations, and provide key inputs into weekly and monthly leadership updates.Develop insights on relevant digital conversion behaviors, customer journey, and conversion trigger points.Lead and establish channel-level tracking, monitoring, and reporting of marketing metrics (conversion rates, CPA, retention, LTV, etc.) to help guide ongoing marketing tactics for the team.Establish and identify performance marketing goals; define measurable objectives and key results and critical metrics for the business and create tools and reports to ensure accurate and continued measurement.Gain familiarity across all financial planning models for the streaming service, including forecasts around content, technology, and paid marketing spend to provide a fulsome perspective on all levers of the business.Act as the key point of contact within Growth Marketing for any questions regarding planning or financial analysis.Develop business case calculations and statistical models to forecast the impact of growth marketing initiatives, including driving trade-off discussions.Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure transparency and alignment.Lead proforma as well as post-mortem impact analysis of growth marketing strategies, including offer testing, acquisition mix changes, and other high impact initiatives that affect subscriber base growth.Build strategic decision-making frameworks and develop scripts that help us automate and augment.Assist with ad-hoc analysis of customer centricity (identify customer characteristics and marketing platforms resulting in higher retention and up-sell opportunities).Develop impactful, compelling presentation materials (decks, notes, write-ups, etc.) that effectively communicate financial projections, drivers, marketing performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.Serve as the day-to-day trusted measurement partner for brand and content marketing stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.10+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, investment banking, financial analysis, or growth marketing analytics.Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer environment.Validated leadership skills, with a successful track record of team building and developing talent.Excellent modelling skills with the ability to defend model assumptions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills and the ability to identify and resolve data related issues.Proven experience with statistical modelling languages (e.g. SQL, R, Python, SAS) to include querying and cleansing large data sets.Familiarity with data visualization tools and methodology (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Excel.Able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and resolve issues quickly without sacrificing quality.Skilled in distilling insights from data and synthesizing and crafting compelling presentations for executive audiences.Able to maintain both a meticulous attention to detail and a big-picture strategic mentality.Preferred Qualifications:
MBA.Experience in consulting and/or investment banking.Experience with subscription services.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
