Overview
IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions globally, is seeking a QA Analyst focused on UI and front end testing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and education, working closely with product managers and engineers to develop and execute test strategies for new features. #LI-NF1
This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC office. The work schedule is Monday-Friday in the office with an option to work from home one day per week.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Ensure quality on our front-end web applications with a focus on UI testing
- Review business requirements and develop test plans, test cases, estimations, and reports
- Perform functionality, regression, integration, UI, smoke, exploratory, stress, and performance testing
- Manage communications related to QA status daily and report risks during development
- Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues
- Analyze test results and facilitate issue resolution
- Improve testing processes and standards for efficiency and accuracy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in QA of front-end elements, web design, UI, and UX
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Passion for creating reliable applications and enhancing education through technology
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
- Excellent communication skills
