Location: St Louis Area
Pay: (Avg) $27-45 based on experience and scope of work
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographers/Photographers with 3-5 years of professional experience to support our clients in St Louis, MO. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photo content, and leading post-production tasks including editing visuals and audio to produce compelling, polished deliverables. You will collaborate across departments to develop content supporting marketing, branding, events, social media, and storytelling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video and photography for various platforms (web, social, broadcast, internal communications, etc.).
- Manage all aspects of post-production, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
- Capture and edit high-quality audio using external microphones and digital audio tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Organize and manage digital media files, backups, and version control.
- Stay current on trends in content creation, video editing, and photography to bring innovative ideas.
- Maintain and operate equipment (cameras, lighting, sound, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.
- Occasionally travel to on-site locations for shoots as needed.
- Project types include branding, advertisements, commercials, corporate events, professional headshots, CPG, social media, and internal/external communications content.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in videography, photography, and post-production editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition).
- Strong understanding of audio editing, mixing, and syncing for voiceovers and footage.
- Experience with studio and natural lighting setups.
- Knowledge of video compression, export settings, and delivery platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills through visuals and sound.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently on creative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon, etc.), drone videography a plus.
- Background in digital marketing, social media, or branded content production.
