Vice President Marketing & GTM, Radiology & General Imaging
, you will be responsible for:Develop foundational global marketing & GTM strategies and tactics to drive a consistent portfolio position for Ultrasound, that anticipates market trends and competitive activities, aligns with changing customer needs, increases revenue, and ultimately impacts our ability to improve patient outcomes.Drive the GTM strategies, business case alignments and price positioning.Plan the roll out and demo unit logistics to sequence Market introduction, regulatory and training efforts accordingly and in a synchronized fashion to maximize business impact.Develop unique commercialization strategies that shift the business focus from features and benefits to patients and procedures.Create flexible content and tactics that can be deployed in diverse regional markets effectively while building a consistent global image and brand.Effectively partner with the sales organization and enable the successful rollout and growth of this groundbreaking technology.Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive growth in the market segments we serve.Responsible for analyzing and understanding the global Ultrasound (RAD & GI) healthcare market and identifying marketing strategies and opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability. Anticipate the changing market, competitive landscape, and industry trends to formulate a plan for growth.Produce content and coordinates aligned content related to tradeshows, print and digital advertising, product pricing, sales promotions, product support, product launches, ROI value propositions, key opinion leaders’ development, evidentiary endorsements, and white papers.Drive Marketing Communications to create marketing campaigns that include market data, voice of the customer input, and country sales and marketing input. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines.High intellectual curiosity and learning agility.via their passion for teaching, training, and coaching employees at all levels of the organization.Strong work ethic with a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.Required skills to have for the success of this role:Master’s degree or MBA preferred.10+ years of progressive marketing experience in Ultrasound / MedTech / Pharmaceutical / Biotech preferred.Proven leadership oversight of all marketing an GTM activities, incl. business case development.Previous regional marketing experience or Business Lead position required.Knowledge and practical experience with digital marketing tools, and related software.Ability to negotiate and compromise, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.Ability to effective leverage and drive shared resources.Strong knowledge of life cycle management and product growth strategies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including global partners.The ability to travel 30-50% of the time.The pay range for this position is $230,000 - $275,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
