The Marketing Associate will learn and understand the company's business and overall goals to be successful and focuses all work efforts on supporting and achieving those goals.
Essential Duties:Extract and organize data from various internal database sources and create presentation to sales team for customer visitsPerform data driven analysis and modeling across various aspects of the business and provide actionable items to managementMarket products and company by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaignsCoordinate to manage product listing and images on company website to ensure accuracy and most up to date information is provided to the all functions of the departmentCollaborate with Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain and Customer Service team to manage product phase out process including customer notifications, timelines and inventory planningManage trade show efforts for the organization including booth graphics, booth set up, marketing materials promotional materials, etc.Create product information flyers and other marketing materials for existing and new products; collaborate with Regulatory to ensure all marketing material is compliantWork closely with sales team to manage customer trade shows and all marketing material required for the eventConsult to develop strategies and tactics that support and enhance competitive advantage, commercialization of products and customer satisfactionPerform administrative tasks for the Department Head that will account for 25% of position that include travel planning, expense reporting, event planning, department meeting preparation, etc.
Job Qualifications:Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in company.Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.College degree in business administration; preferably in MarketingStrong analytical skills with a proven ability to produce results with a high degree of accuracyExtremely detail oriented and organized
Other Qualifications:Experience with generic pharmaceuticals preferred.Healthcare background with understanding of the pharmaceutical business - a plusWillingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environmentAbility to interpret detailed data and develop accurate, meaningful and reliable reports for management.Organized and ability to follow up is crucialSelf-starter and ability to work independently as well as with other team membersResponsible to support manager and/or team tasks whenever neededManaging multiple tasks effectively and independently along with prioritizing according to the business needsHighly committed person that displays a strong sense of ownership for work and relies on self to develop and deliver results.Demonstrate out of the box thinking and provide solutions to support unique needsComplete tasks and manage deadlines according to schedule.
The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $59,000 to $72,500. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.
