Vice President of MarketingReports to:
The Vice President of Marketing will be a key collaborator with Brinkmere and its Portfolio Companies, working to drive, execute and oversee marketing campaigns across the Portfolio. This role entails overall leadership and development of the marketing functions across the platform, as well as the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy throughout the companies. The Vice President of Marketing will partner with commercial leaders within the respective Portfolio Companies to formulate strategies that enhance market awareness and drive revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at achieving customer acquisition and annual revenue growth.Define and manage an inclusive go-to-market strategy, emphasizing competitive differentiation to expand market presence into new verticals and accelerate market share in existing markets.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and engineering, to craft compelling and consistent brand narrative across various channels.Establish and monitor success metrics for marketing initiatives, with a focus on performance tracking and continuous improvement.Provide data-driven insights and analytics to the Executive Leadership teams regarding the effectiveness of marketing programs.Develop, plan, and execute a robust digital marketing strategy, encompassing content creation, online marketing (SEO, SEM, social), email campaigns, and revenue growth initiatives.Create industry-specific content marketing campaigns designed to attract prospects, nurture leads, and engage existing customers.Translate business objectives and market trends into a cohesive go-to-market strategy that aligns with the respective Company's mission and core values.Collaborate with the leadership teams to ensure a consistent corporate message.Oversee multi-channel marketing programs, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and partnerships with technology partners.Conduct customer segmentation, market research, and competitive analysis to refine go-to-market strategies.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.Conduct quarterly assessments of go-to-market processes and address any performance gaps.Align marketing initiatives with financial and business goals, providing support for the overall company strategy.Continuously seek solutions to enhance processes, customer acquisition, and profitability.Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of experience leading sales, product, and brand marketing teams.Proven experience leading large programs and go-to-market strategies.Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and marketing technologies.Expertise in growing SaaS solutions a plus.Expertise in industrial IoT and/or industrial technology a plus.Experience in growth marketing and lead generation funnels.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing with business objectives.Metrics-driven with the ability to use data analysis for decision-making.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing remote teams.Strong communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel as needed.Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
