We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Art Director with a passion for luxury fashion to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading creative initiatives, developing high-end advertising and marketing campaigns, and ensuring that our brand's aesthetic is consistently represented across all platforms. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a leading luxury fashion brand in the high-end luxury fashion industry.
1. Lead the creative direction and execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest standard and align with the brand's aesthetic.2. Collaborate closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and retail teams to create compelling, innovative, and engaging content.3. Oversee the development of all creative assets, including print, digital, social media, and video content.4. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Sketch to create and edit visual content.5. Develop and execute 360-degree campaigns, partnering with the Campaign Manager 360 to ensure seamless integration across all channels.6. Write and edit copy for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and style.7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in luxury fashion, design, and typography, and incorporate these insights into the creative strategy.8. Manage a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to foster their growth and development.
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.2. Proven experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and working with Campaign Manager 360.3. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Sketch.4. Exceptional design and typography skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of luxury fashion aesthetics.5. Excellent content writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to write compelling, engaging copy that aligns with the brand's voice.6. Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns and leveraging social media platforms to engage with consumers and drive brand awareness.7. Experience in e-commerce and retail fashion, with a deep understanding of the customer journey and how to create compelling, engaging experiences across all touchpoints.8. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of designers.9. A passion for luxury fashion, with a constant finger on the pulse of the latest trends and developments in the industry.
