Duration: 0-12 months Job Description Scope: Focuses on the look, feel, operation, and functionality of a commercial website. Creates web pages with graphics, animation, and functionality. Designs layout, content, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, and infrastructure for new products and web-hosted offerings. Performs development, maintenance, and usability testing of web pages and applications. Collaborates with Web Administrator to deploy pages or applications and ensures technical performance of web servers and sites. Develops and communicates website usage and security policies. Provides technical support to Site Administrators. May assist in planning overall internet strategy and hardware/software procurement decisions. May oversee site administration at a company-wide level. Knowledge: Experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of web development; capable of resolving a wide range of issues creatively. Fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. Complexity: Handles diverse problems requiring data analysis and judgment in method selection. Networks with senior personnel in the field. Supervision: Performs tasks with minimal instruction, guided by general directives for new assignments. Experience: Typically 4-6 years of related experience.
