We are seeking a dedicated, hyper-organized production operations leader to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple productions at various stages, ensuring seamless high-quality output that meets deadlines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, coordination, on-set experience, leadership, and expertise across mediums and genres. Knowledge of the entertainment industry, production timelines, budgets, and personnel management is essential. Deep passion for vertical dramas and web series is a plus. This role reports directly to the Content Director and is a hybrid full-time position based in Beverly Hills. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of multiple productions from concept through post-production, keeping stakeholders informed. Serve as liaison and partnership manager with external production partners. Assist the Content Director with on-set technical leadership and manage external production teams. Act as #2 in the absence of the Content Director, with authority to direct projects and personnel. Organize on-set visits locally and internationally for IP marketing. Lead social media strategy and ensure consistent creative direction. Oversee on-set asset capture and post-production editing. Facilitate communication and transfer of information across teams. Manage project schedules, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery. Implement systems to ensure quality and consistency across shows and locations. Provide additional production leadership and creative input as needed. Requirements
5+ years in production management, coordination, or producing within film/TV. Expertise in photo/video production and related workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative project manager. Proven on-set leadership experience. Solutions-oriented with quick problem-solving skills. Understanding of short-form romantic dramas and mobile content. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and accountability. Ability to give constructive feedback on scripts, cuts, and drafts. Willingness to travel locally and domestically. Knowledge of Movie Magic Scheduling/Budgeting is a plus. Contacts in the entertainment industry are a plus. Bilingual in Chinese and English is required. Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Additional Details
