Job Description
The ServiceNow UX/UI Developer role involves developing and implementing user experiences within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with lead Architects and team members to build user-centric experiences that enhance engagement and growth of the ServiceNow user base. Responsibilities include:
- Design workshops and reviews, persona co-creation, taxonomy development
- Developing technical requirements for ServiceNow
- Configuring UI layouts and UX/UI components for mobile and desktop platforms, focusing on user experience
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Web technologies: Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, React, HTML, CSS
- Experience designing portals and UX/UI on ServiceNow, including portals like Service Portal, Employee Center, Customer Service Portal, etc. in an enterprise environment
- ServiceNow mobile app design experience is a plus
- Skills in Portal implementation, widget development, and use of third-party libraries within ServiceNow
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and SaaS environments
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software testing lifecycle

Additional Information
This is a full-time, remote-friendly role in the US with locations in Chicago, NY, NJ, Atlanta, Houston, and Dallas. Salary range: $75,582 - $170,040, with potential bonuses and benefits.
