Our clienta dynamic, full-service advertising agency based in Jacksonville, FLis seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join their growing digital team. They are looking for someone passionate about building powerful web experiences, curious about emerging technologies, and ready to wear a few different hats in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL.

The Opportunity:

Youll be the behind-the-scenes engine powering standout web experiences. The role leans heavily on Drupal and WordPress, with a strong focus on back-end development, CRM integrations, and site maintenance/security. Beyond web builds, youll also have the chance to jump into other digital areasthink email campaigns or exploring new tools and trends.

In between the large web builds, they value team players who arent afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on other digital/technical tasks when needed.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage sites in Drupal and WordPress
• Execute back-end integrations (e.g., CRMs and third-party platforms)
• Manage ongoing site maintenance, performance, and security updates
• Research and test emerging technologies (AI, structured data, etc.)
• Support other digital needs during slower web project periods

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Strength in Full Stack web development, especially in WordPress and/or Drupal
• Have agency experience, especially from a nimble, collaborative shop (not required but a strong preference)
• Are naturally curious and love researching new digital tools and trends
• Dont mind jumping into email platforms or troubleshooting tech challenges
• Prefer a flexible, hybrid roleand ideally live in Jacksonville or nearby
