Job Description Studio Sales and Operations Manager
JOB OVERVIEW
The Studio Sales and Operations Manager leads the studio in all aspects of membership acquisition, retention, employee development, and achieving sales quotas. The Manager is responsible for hiring, onboarding, supervising team members, planning and assigning goals, providing excellent customer service, and directing work tasks. They also manage the employee life cycle with coaching, performance reviews, and recognition. The Manager reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales and Operations Management: Manage and exceed sales and operational budgets, ensure policy adherence, and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to ensure high performance.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Coordinate sales initiatives, oversee the sales process, and maintain class size through promotions.
- Customer Service and Community Engagement: Provide excellent service, resolve issues, and organize community events.
- Operational Excellence: Enforce policies, maintain systems, and ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance.
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct reviews, monitor KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High Performance: Demonstrate drive and results orientation.
- Management Skills: Prioritize, organize, and handle difficult situations effectively.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Connect well with members and the community; excellent communication skills.
- Business Acumen: Make strong decisions; proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and CRMs.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in retail or sales management.
