As a pivotal member of the Buying & Merchandising team, you will drive strategy and execution of our adidas digital merchandising experience. Your focus will be on enhancing our site and product presentation across categories, aligning with the evolving needs of our consumer base, and contributing to our overall business performance. With an understanding of the impact of digital merchandising on consumer behavior, you will strategically influence content, linking strategy, and product presentation across key campaigns to increase conversion.
The primary goal of this role is to elevate the DTC eCommerce experience. When a consumer leaves our touch point, we aim to not only meet their expectations, but exceed them.
Key Responsibilities:•Execute the digital visual merchandising strategy within your designated area on adidas.com.•Provide input and insight into the digital strategy and pre-planning process, and adapt output to meet the needs of our local consumer and business.•Establish site playbooks and optimization flows for common and seasonal merchandise processes in your area, ensuring we can adapt to business needs and promotions.•Enhance sell-thru by continuously improving our configurable toolset, with a focus on onsite search, sorting rules, filters, product placement, product badging, evergreen content, page content, third party vendors, and site configuration.•Collaborate with analytics to ensure framework for merchandising decisions and ongoing improvements can be tracked and validated on an ongoing basis.•Lead conversations with A/B testing, Personalization, and global teams to drive template/functional changes that are needed to support our site merchandise experience•Work closely with Marketing Activation, CRM, Buying, Site Ops, SEO/SEM, and Site Experience teams to ensure wider cross-channel campaigns are translating into tangible, logical site experiences•Manage monthly digital visual merchandising calendar creation based on quarterly business priorities and ensure there are ongoing executive summaries giving visibility on plans and business output.•Ensure that our content strategy translates into a tangible output impacting consumers on both a category and a product level, directly with our brand team and/or our global creative teams.•Develop & lead a small team of digital merchandiser(s) working towards executing the overall digital strategy

Education and Experience / Qualifications:•3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce desired•BA / BS in Merchandising, Accounting, Finance, Business, Digital or related field (Master's / Graduate qualification a plus)
