Job Description As a Marketing Senior Coordinator at Olsson, you will work closely with technical staff to develop a strategy and coordinate the production of federal project marketing materials. You will facilitate the go/no go decision process, prepare proposal and interview materials, and lead project specific strategy and kick-off meetings for our federal program, and develop and manage our pursuit and proposal process for improvement. You will also plan, produce, and coordinate a range of other marketing support activities which could include market research, identifying leads, reviewing technical writing, assisting with conferences and client events, and maintaining the marketing database. You also must be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines. _ Olsson currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Senior Coordinator with our Federal Program team. We will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Omaha, NE, North Kansas City, MO, Overland Park, KS or St. Louis, MO office locations. Olsson offers a hybrid work environment and supports a blend of office and work-from-home options. _ Qualifications You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others Having ownership in the work you do Using your talents to positively affect communities Providing excellent client service to internal and external clients You bring to the team: Excellent writing, editing, communication, coordination, and strategic thinking skills Ability to contribute and work well on a team Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Writing/Journalism, or related major 6 years’ of related marketing and proposal experience required Prior experience in the A/E/C industry in a related position preferred Proficiency with InDesign, Adobe products, and Microsoft Office products Previous experience with Deltek VantagePoint preferred, but not required Self-motivation with the ability to work independently SF330 experience preferred Experience with GovWin, Beta SAM, and FPDS Experience with Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) helpful Additional Information Olsson is a nationally recognized, employee-owned firm specializing in planning and design, engineering, field services, environmental, and technology.
