Responsibilities of the Brand Marketing Assistant:
Develop and execute outreach programs to educate customers about the TruConnect program and provide personalized service recommendationsAssess customers for enrollment eligibility based on given criteria or requirementsCollect, analyze, and report data related to community needs, customer enrollments, and program effectivenessOffer unmatched customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to enrollmentWork alongside the Brand Marketing Assistant team to create, review, and maintain enrollment documentsPromote our clients' positive image in the community through effective communication and brandingAttend workshops held primarily for our Brand Marketing Assistants to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our client's services and goalsQualities of the Brand Marketing Assistant:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience in a sales, marketing, branding, or customer-facing role is idealHas strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, consumers, and team members in a professional mannerProven ability to create meaningful relationships while interacting with customersPassionate about making a difference both personally and professionallyBrings positive energy into the workplace and enjoys motivating othersMUST be excited to connect with community members and build brand recognition for our clients!Perks of Our Work Environment:
