Description & Requirements
The Marketing Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented member of the MBD Resources Team. In this role, you will assist the National Industry Marketing Team with conference shipping, manage vendor relationships, oversee office operations, and support various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask with ease, and strong critical thinking skills.
How you will contribute:
Providing Unmatched Client Experience to the National Industry Marketing Team with conference shipping and logisticsManaging vendor relationships with Hutchins, TCI, Holt, and othersOverseeing office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environmentVerifying charges on VISA bill and assist with purchase ordersSupport marketing initiatives, including surveys, testimonial projects, and other tasks, as neededOrganizing occasional office lunches & eventsMaintaining accurate records and reports - assisting with firm statsCollaborating with team members to achieve marketing goals
We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks with easeAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree or higher preferred1 year or more of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
