Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to aspiring freelance graphic designersDevelop personalized action plans to help individuals accelerate their side hustlesMotivate and inspire side hustlers to overcome challenges and achieve successOffer guidance on branding, marketing, pricing, and scaling strategiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in side hustlesCollaborate with other coaches and mentors to foster a supportive communityCreate content, including articles, videos, and presentations to share insights and tipsConduct workshops and webinars on various side hustle topics

RequirementsProven experience as a graphic designerStrong understanding of design principlesExcellent visual and communication skillsProven experience in successful side hustles or entrepreneurshipStrong coaching and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to understand and adapt to different individual needs and goalsPassion for helping others succeed and achieve their side hustle ambitionsContinuous learner with a growth mindset
