Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. You will manage key accounts and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand market share
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate emerging technologies into sales and marketing strategies
Skills
Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software and FOSSE
Demonstrated ability in business development and account management
Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
