We are looking for talented Customer Success Specialists to join our team! A Customer Success Specialist (CSS) takes co-ownership of a portfolio of enterprise customers alongside our sales representatives. In addition to being fully committed to our customers’ success by relentlessly driving adoption of new marketing initiatives, a CSS assists the sales team via new and existing client outreach, warm-ups, and handing off sales prospects to sales team members.
We serve several exciting markets – such as vehicle fleets, law enforcement, and the professional salon industry.
Headquartered in Torrance, CA, our associates work remotely from their homes.
Pay Info: Annual pay will range from $50k to $70k

Responsibilities:
- Learning and understanding customer challenges, opportunities, goals, and priorities related to sales and marketing
- Working alongside and empowering our sales teams to extract full value from the customer relationship through your expertise knowledge of marketing and our advanced marketing and business intelligence solutions – proactively providing strategic recommendations and proposals
- Tenaciously monitoring campaigns against goals and KPIs while advocating for customers’ campaign success with internal operations teams
- Working alongside sales and operations in proactively managing and mitigating any risk and escalations related to a customer’s relationship with us
- Driving transformation and innovation within our sales team by helping to keep them up to date on the latest marketing and lead generation trends and technology
- Assisting in the identification of new sales prospects, providing outreach to support those newly identified clients, and warming them up to the solutions wet offer (leads are then handed over to a sales representative)
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience successfully supporting sales results
- Bachelor's Degree in related field such as marketing, sales, media - or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding and expertise of modern marketing and demand generation strategies, vocabulary, and technology (CRMs, Marketing Automation, Nurturing Techniques, MQLs, SQLs)
- Experience working with large enterprise customers
- Ability to fully understand and converse about our wide variety of products and their associated benefits to/with our customers (print, data, streaming video, events - and everything else!)
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – Excel and PowerPoint in particular
- Closer mentality regarding sales
