*Position Overview*
We are seeking a *full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient education and preventive dentistry. Experience with hygiene systems and process improvement is highly valued. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values teamwork, continuing education, and patient-centered care.
*What You'll Do*
* Comprehensive preventive care: exams, prophylaxis, scaling/root planing, perio maintenance, co-diagnosis with the doctor
* Take and interpret digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and digital impressions (iTero)
* Provide oral hygiene and preventive care education tailored to each patient
* Help drive perio acceptance, and same-day care; contribute ideas to keep our schedule humming
* Maintain accurate, detailed documentation
* Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
* Jump in as a *true team member* during gaps (chart audits, post-op calls, content for patient education and marketing, instrument maintenance, etc.)
*We're looking for*
* Current *Hawaii Dental Hygiene License* and local anesthesia certification (required)
* Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
* Minimum *1 year of clinical experience* (preferred)
* Exceptional communication, gentle technique, and a growth mindset
* Ability to educate and motivate patients on oral health and overall wellness
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies

* Must have availability to work M-Th, every week
* Must live in Hawaii or be willing to relocate (relocation expenses are not provided)
