Charlotte Chunawala (left) has been named CEO of Cohn & Wolfe India. She’s responsible for leading new business efforts in Asia-Pacific, integrating the Asia-Pacific offices into work done around the world, and for operations in the firm’s Indian offices in Mumbai and Delhi. Cohn & Wolfe India is a new expansion as the firm continues its build-up in Asia. Chunawala was previously the CEO of Good Relations India and was GM of Edelman Brussels.

Burson-Marsteller has named Matt Burns the Southwest public affairs market leader and MD of the public affairs practice for the U.S. Burns was previously the director of comms for UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement. Prior to that, he worked in politics, serving as the director of comms for the Republican National Convention in 2008 and as press secretary for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs between 2005 and 2007. Stephen Millikin has joined MSLGroup as SVP of luxury and fashion in the Be Spoke practice group. He has previously worked with brands and organizations including Banana Republic, Brioni, Swarovski, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Be Spoke launched July 2011.

Gibbs & Soell has entered into a joint venture with int/ext Communications AG in Basel, Switzerland, adding to Gibbs & Soell’s capabilities in the Zurich office and across Europe. int/ext Communications was founded in 1993 and works with industrial products, healthcare, and technology clients.

Jennifer Anderson Gragg has been appointed VP of brand strategy and marketing for The Weather Channel. The position includes its networks, digital properties, mobile apps, and other offerings. She was previously the VP of brand strategy for Turner Sports working with research, insights, and other areas related to a number of sports and sporting leagues.
