About the Job:
The UX/UI Designer will lead the charge on developing best-in-class user experiences across site and mobile app. They will be responsible for leading quality execution and UX/UI process through the entire product design life cycle, from sketches, conceptual wires to high fidelity designs and their development.
A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:
Create and conduct high quality user experience deliverables and activities, including but not limited to heuristic reviews, content audits, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, rapid prototypes and assisting with internal and external work sessionsDesign user-centric solutions that are simple and effective; transforming ideas and concepts into high fidelity designsTranslate user requirements with applicable teams including designers and engineersConduct, design and analyze user experience and oversee usability testingPlan and execute user research that uncover and explore customer goals and challenges, user motivations and habitsCollect and analyze user data through a variety of sources and methodologiesStays current with latest trends for target demographic and shares with cross-functional partnersWhat it takes to Join:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Design5+ years experience in UX or product designStrong knowledge of user-centered design principlesProficient with AdobeXD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and InVisionPortfolio of work that demonstrates a meticulous, thoughtful approach and attention to detailUnderstanding of web standards and mobile app5+ years within ecommerce; Apparel and Omni channel experience a plusExperience in digital platforms including Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plusExcellent collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective internal and external relationships, and influence changeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong business, data analysis and interpretation skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and WordSelf-starter and able to solve medium to complex problems.Salary Range: ($84,516-$96,337)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
