Brilliant PR & Marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a Full-time Social Media Content Coordinator to help support the agency’s growing, award-winning team.Who We Are:So what’s Brilliant all about? We are a unique PR agency with nearly 30 team members who all work remotely across the US. We give our team the resources they need to get their work done without having to sit in a cubicle or stuffy office. From costume contests to virtual happy hours and Slack GIFs, we prioritize connecting with each other and creating a sense of community. Although we are remote, team members are expected to be available online during regular business hours, and there is occasional travel for events and trade shows. If applicable, this role of Social Media Content Coordinator will allow for adjusted working hours for being a parent.What We Do:Brilliant is in its second decade as a fully remote company and is one of the most respected agencies serving consumer lifestyle brands with a specific focus on products, brands, and services for families including baby and maternity, toys and games, tech, housewares, and food.What We’re Looking For:Our Dream Team Member:Has experience creating content and managing a content calendar for family oriented
brandsUp to date on pop culture, parenting hacks and trends.Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media spaceFamiliarity and regular user of all social media platforms, with a strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTubeHas experience with late night infant feedings with sleep deprivation, stepping on legos and multitasking childcare management while juggling a career.Resourceful, committed, and deliberateHas a test & learn mentality. Actively participates in brainstorms and isn’t afraid to speak up and offer new ideas.Creative, witty writer who is a passionate strategic thinker excited about helping clients increase brand awareness through the use of organic social.Core Skills/Qualifications:Fluent in all social media platforms and familiar with social media management tools like Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar.Proficient in Canva or equivalent video and photo editing tools and digital media formats.Strong copywriting and copy editing skillsTop-notch oral and verbal communication skillsImpeccable time management skills with the ability to multitaskDetail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesJob Description:Assist in the development and management of a results-driven social media strategy focusing on building audience and extending brand engagement, ultimately building brand equity.Collaborate with the PR, Influencer & Marketing teams to create a brand relevant social media calendar.Test and learn different messaging, tactics and strategies while staying up to date on new social media tools and best practices, competitive activity and industry approaches to the channels.Develop and curate engaging written, video, and photo content for social media platforms.Lead the day-to-day community management, specifically publishing and engagement, of all assigned client social media accounts.Publish monthly reports detailing social analytics across all assigned client channels including recommendations for improvement and action plans.Comfortable being the day-to-day client point of contactBenefits Eligible For:PTO (Paid Time Off)Paid time off between Christmas and New Year'sFabulous Fridays - work day ends at 12 pm between Memorial Day and Labor Day and 3 pm for the remainder of the year401K with a 3% company matchMedical, dental, and vision coverageMedical and Dependent Care FSALife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityAccess to Short Term Disability, Hospital, and Critical Illness InsurancesPet insuranceSalary: Depends on experience, skills and working hours. $45,000-$65,000 Annually
