The Content Manager use a blend of creativity and critical analysis to provide deeply meaningful resources for millions of Catholics—Bible reading plans, study aids, videos, and more. You'll work with producers and creators to create the very best content and ensure everything is properly uploaded onto the app.. The Content Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Marketing, and will be responsible for all of the steps for developing and publishing content, from coordinating the release date, licensing, contracts, talent, to all production needs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain a multi-year roadmap of new content releases and project initiatives.Work with management to develop new content ideas and plan their developmentOccasionally direct the work of freelancers to accomplish content development goals.Generate financial analyses when necessaryManage creator communication in the development of contracts.Specify content requirements through customer and market research.Propose deliverables, timelines, and delivery plansCollect metrics to assess the success of content.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Ascension's products, solutions, and offerings.Collaborate with team members, customers, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of Ascension products and developing needs.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Theology, or a related field1+ years of product management or content development experience is preferredProven ability to manage projects on time and under budgetA highly collaborative spirit; all of Ascension's products are developed with a team-oriented approach, requiring the close interaction of various departments and team members.Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.A deep understanding of the Catholic faith and teachingStrong project management and time management skills are preferredAbility to travel to Ascension's headquarters in Pennsylvania is required.
