Job Requirements For a sales person with entrepreneurial drive…you will pursue new accounts and manage day-to-day sales in our physical sales channel as well as help expand our digital sales. Your role is to assure sell in and sell through in mass retail, independent specialty stores, as well as e-commerce and digital accounts. You will work closely with the SVP of Sales & Marketing and approach new accounts in retail as well as licensing and distribution partners. We are looking for someone that has experience jump-starting retail sales growth through forecasting, planning and implementing sales and merchandising programs that drive sell through. This is a hunter role.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Prospect new account leads
• Identify and plan marketing opportunities to promote sell through at physical retail and download sales at digital.
• Prepare pitch materials and proposals as needed to win new business
• Develop strong and mutually valuable relationships with accounts and
distribution partners.
• Develop sales programs that help generate reorders with specialty accounts
• Manage pipeline with sales force for maximum efficiency and visibility
• Help generate new business and lead flow; excel at cold calling brick &
mortar & digital accounts.
• Meet frequently with existing and prospective account, distribution and licensing partners to build strong business relationships to plan and maximize revenue growth.



Desired Skills/Experiences

• 3-4 years of demonstrated success in sales or account management
• Very strong analytical and reporting skills
• Marketing skills and experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience interfacing with distributors and buyers
• SKU management
• The ability to think and react quickly
• Deadline-driven and goal-oriented
• Experience in selling educational entertainment products or consumer products preferred

Benefits and Pay:
