JWT announced this week that it’s brought on Megan Kent to serve as president of the Microsoft business at the agency. Kent most recently started her own consultancy, Brand Synchronicity, which counts clients such as Winn Dixie supermarkets, Cargill and Hill Holiday. The new hire has plenty of ad experience from the looks of it, though, as she’s not only launched her own Havas-backed boutique, Bouchez/Kent + Co. Advertising, but had planning stints at TBWA Chiat/Day, FC&B, Hal Riney & Partners, Fallon, and Bozell during her 25-year career.
