We Hear: More CP+B Layoffs

With any major client loss comes the loss of staff of course, and with that, we’re hearing from sources that Crispin Porter + Bogusky has cut more staff in Boulder and Miami due to the Burger King fallout. No exact numbers at this point, but while we’re at it, we’re also wondering about the whereabouts of our old PR pal at the agency, Steve Sapka. An email bounced back, phone/email inquiries haven’t been returned and our spies would neither confirm or deny his departure from camp Crispin. Steve, give us a shout!

Update: One tipster tells us, “Sapka was let go a week or so ago along with several people” and “CPB is doing layoffs in waves.” We’ll keep you posted.
