Have you ever tweeted about a good or bad experience with a major airline?
Luminoso tracked social media mentions of five airlines in August, which is one of the peak travel months of the year, to see what customers were saying across a range of categories.
And the results? Virgin America finished top in five categories, including customer service, security and charges, landing them first place overall.
Conversely, United ranked bottom of the survey, finishing dead last or next-to-last in six categories.
