In less than a decade social media has revolutionised many industries, including retail, customer service, media and many more.
But what about construction? New data from the Construction Marketing Association has revealed that an amazing 97 percent of construction professionals use social media in their marketing program, and 93 percent manage everything internally.
Colour me (very) surprised. LinkedIn (91 percent), Twitter (84 percent) and Facebook (83 percent) are the platforms of choice, and usage is up across the board year-on-year, with Twitter seeing the biggest overall gains amongst the top three.
