If 2012 was the year of social mobile, is 2013 the year of social mobile video?
Perhaps. Certainly, Twitter’s entrance into this space with Vine was heavily-hyped (and generally well-received), and is possibly indicative of the beginnings of a new trend. Indeed, the immediate appearance of rival services from Telly (formerly TwitVid) and (evidently a concerned) Facebook would suggest Twitter might be onto something.
