South by Southwest (SXSW) starts tomorrow (March 8-17, 2013), offering its typically unique mix of music, film and technology.
SXSW Interactive is the five-day tech portion of the conference, focusing on emerging technology, and it has become enormously important for startups looking to get noticed. After launching nine months previously, Twitter attended SXSW in 2008 and blew up. Foursquare and other social brands have also used SXSW to generate enormous exposure, but who will be the breakout star of 2013?
Will Google’s Glasses be “seen” everywhere? Could Vine(s) maybe steal the show? Is Twitter poised to have another moment under the SXSW spotlight?
It’s too early to say, but check the infographic below for everything you need to know about this year’s SXSW, including the event schedule, networking tips and more.
