New Twitter Feature: Tweet Conversations Are Now Threaded Together

The real-time, global, public conversations that take place on Twitter are now much easier to discover and follow.

Twitter has rolled out an update that threads tweets together that are part of the same conversation.

Tweets that are part of a single conversation are now shown in chronological order so it’s much easier to follow along. You’ll see up to three tweets in sequence right in your home timeline; then if you want to see more, just tap a tweet to see all the replies, including those from people you don’t follow.

In addition, you can share conversations over email, even with people who are not on Twitter.

The update has been pushed to as well as Twitter’s iPhone and Android apps.
