Idreambooks.com Is Like Rotten Tomatoes For Books

Looking for something good to read? Idreambooks.com is a new website that works like rottentomatoes.com or metacritic.com by aggregating reviews from professional book critics (including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal). The site will recommend a book if 70 percent of critics give it a positive rating.

Rahul Simha, co-founder of idreambooks.com told AppNewser, “I am a big fan of RottenTomatoes and I use it all the time to decide on a movie. When it comes to books, I like to read non-fiction and I have always wanted something like RottenTomatoes for books. I couldn’t find one on the internet for the longest time. When I talked about this idea with my friends, they liked it too. So we decided to develop it.”

The site has been in active beta for the past month, but launches fully today. We’ve embedded a video demo above.
