mediabistro: Can you give me an overview of the kinds of books Tor and Forge publish, and then within those areas, what you specialize in?

Stevens: Tor and Forge are two different imprints of Tom Doherty Associates. Tor specializes in science fiction and fantasy of all types. Forge publishes mainstream books, women's fiction, thrillers, Westerns, and a little bit of nonfiction. About half my list is science fiction ...
