Food & Wine began almost 30 years ago with a focus on highlighting great American food. Since it's inception, the magazine has expanded its focus to include vittles and beverages from all over the globe. Cowin's publication targets new trends in the industry, and editors constantly seek new talent, targeting the travel section as a great place to start.
