SPJ to Extend Membership for Laid-off Journos
The Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) announced today that it will extend benefits for laid-off members.
At a meeting over the weekend, the SPJ board of directors voted to extend the annual membership of any current member who has lost his or her full-time job by six months.
