FishbowlDC has learned that Capitol Leader has pushed back its start date from November 21st to sometime in January.

We're still waiting to find out "why" but the decision may have something to do with the fact that (as we mentioned before) their first four issues would have come out when Congress is out of town (and on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving). The paper may feature some materials and articles on their website, however.
