Condi Gets Out of Town for ’30 Rock’

While celebrities flocked to D.C. for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner this weekend, at least one famous-for-D.C. type made her way out of the city for a guest spot on NBC’s “30 Rock.”

Condoleezza Rice, Secretary of State to President George W. Bush, appeared in just one scene, playing herself, as Alec Baldwin‘s (Jack Donaghy’s) ex-girlfriend. Donaghy was forced to come to Rice for help when his girlfriend, played by Elizabeth Banks, was kidnapped by North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il. The acting was sub-par, but Condi did her best.

Banks, by the way, was in Washington for the WHCD.
